Kelleyton J. Wilson, Sr. is a highly sought after financial services executive, business owner, and commercial real estate developer who is committed to inspiring the current and next generation of leaders.
An accomplished graduate of the University of Noth Texas, Kelleyton recently retired from his role at Microsoft as a Capital Markets Senior Client Executive. He set himself apart from the rest as a collaborative, hands-on team leader who worked across all divisions, including strategy, risk, advisory and private equity.
As a business owner, Kelleyton has established a track record of success. He partnered with Stetron Thompson to acquire their first The UPS Store location in Waxahachie, Texas and doubled revenue within two years. They opened their second location in January 2024 and have plans for their third and fourth locations slated to open in Rockwall County (2025) and Sunnyvale (2026) respectively.
Dedicated to serving the community, Kelleyton and Stretron have received high praise from local residents for sponsoring community-focused events throughout the year, including back-to-school giveaways, turkey giveaways, and various gala sponsorships.
In addition to expanding The UPS Store footprint, Kelleyton has grown a substantial real estate portfolio. Most notably, he became part owner of Gateway Park, a $120 million development in Sunnyvale, Texas. As a serial entrepreneur and strategic deal advisor, he has also expanded into ownership of a boutique wine bar and restaurant and is rapidly looking to expand this footprint. Kelleyton’s business acumen and natural ability to connect with others, coach, and lead provide a seamless avenue into business consulting, specializing in raising capital/ structuring real estate projects, and rapid franchise acquisition and growth strategies. Kelleyton’s lifelong commitment to community service led to him becoming the first African American elected to the Sunnyvale ISD Board of Trustees. He also was appointed to the Board of Directors for Attack Life Sloan, a non-profit organization founded by Nick Sloan, his dear friend and fellow SISD School Board Member who passed away from ALS but left an impact on this world that will never be forgotten. Attack Life Sloan focuses on raising awareness and funding for Veterans diagnosed with ALS. In 2024 the Greater Ennis Chamber of Commerce appointed Kelleyton as a first term board member.
As someone who wants to inspire the next generation, Kelleyton mentors and supports at risk youth in urban areas. He’s inspired youth and adults alike as one of the most sought-after motivational keynote speakers at schools, universities, and corporate events. Kelleyton previously served on the Greek Advisory Council under the leadership of Dr. Elizabeth With and Dr. Maureen McGuiness. He has spoken at Leadershape, NT For All, served on the host committee for the Emerald Eagle Honors Awards Program and has two endowed scholarships in his name. His authentic voice and dedication to social impact make him a respected community leadership speaker in Texas, often invited to inspire youth, civic groups, and nonprofit boards.

In keeping with the biblical foundation instilled since his childhood, Kelleyton is a licensed minister and church musician. His leadership style is inspired by the values instilled by his grandparents, Perry and Lorene Wilson. Kelleyton attributes much of his personal and professional fortitude to his grandfather, a 94-year-old pillar of resilience and hard work.
Kelleyton is an honors graduate of Dallas South Oak Cliff High School where he served as Class President for four consecutive years and Captain of the Track & Field team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts & Sciences with concentrations in Finance, Applied Economics and Public Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas where he was also a sprinter for UNT’s Track & Field team.
Kelleyton earned a Master’s degree in theological studies from Liberty University (‘12) in Lynchburg, Virginia. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Kelleyton and his family reside and serve in Sunnyvale, Texas.
